                      in accordance with the MovingWorks Operations Manual, a 
                      copy of which will be issued to you. The course at our HQ 
                      aims to prepare you thoroughly for your role as Franchisee 
                      and concentrates on every aspect of property valuation, 
                      sales negotiation, client care, documentation, staff 
                      recruitment, administration and accounting procedures. We 
                      want your start-up to be a smooth as possible and as you 
                      open for business, a member of the support team will be on 
                      site with you for a specified number of days, to assist 
                      generally and provide initial hand-holding.

  Georgina’s experience in residential 
                        property spans over 20 years. Following university where 
                        she attained an Honours degree in Law, she practiced as 
                        a solicitor and dealt with conveyancing of many 
                        thousands of house sale transactions. She later engaged 
                        in the finance area, facilitating mortgages and related 
                        services for property purchases. The MovingWorks concept 
                        is the result of her considerable knowledge of the 
                        estate agency sector and preferences of vendors and
